DECLARATION OF RIGHT TO RETURN TO THE HOMELAND OF THE KINGDOM OF
JESUS CHRIST TO PAY TRIBUTE AND TO CLAIM REFUGE IN THE CITY OF THE GREAT
KING
A formal declaration asserting spiritual citizenship, covenantal heirship, territorial identity,
claiming refuge based on the right to render tribute to Jesus Christ, the King and Governor of
the nations.
SECTION I — DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. “Homeland” refers to the Kingdom of God, the eternal dominion of Jesus Christ, whose
earthly seat is identified as the City of Jerusalem, in Zion, located in Terre De Iesso.
“Terre De Iesso” refers to the land identified as “the Land of Jesus,” and recognized as
“The Land of Inheritance” under the covenant provided by Jesus Christ, the King of
Kings and Lord of Lords. The Land of Jesus is located in the northern Pacific region
between Alaska, Japan, and Northern Siberia, and is distinct from the modern
nation‑state of Israel.
“Jerusalem in Zion” refers to the true and covenantal city of the King, not the geopolitical
capital of the contemporary State of Israel, which was formed by earthly powers in 1948
and has nothing to do with Jesus, the King of Zion, in the Terre de Iesso, Land of Jesus.
“Columbia” refers to a spiritual entity who governs the earthly system, corporate district,
ideological power, and symbolic dominion that asserts headship or allegiance over
mankind and which is contrary to Christ.
“Tribute” refers to worship, allegiance, obedience, and honor rendered to a sovereign.
“Citizens” refers to those who profess faith in Jesus Christ and acknowledge His
Kingship.
“Release” refers to the physical and spiritual liberation from any claim, bond, or
obligation not established by Jesus Christ.
SECTION II — AUTHORITY FOR DECLARATION
8. This Declaration is issued under the authority of Jesus Christ, who promised His
presence among those gathered in His name, granted the right to ask in His name, and
declared that all authority in heaven and earth belongs to Him.
9. This Declaration stands upon the Scriptural truth that those once alienated from God
have been brought near through Jesus Christ’s blood, reconciled into one body, granted
access to the Father, and made citizens of the Household of God with the Saints. Ref: of
Ephesians 2:12–19.
10. It further stands upon the truth that people of the nations, Gentiles, are legally
recognized in Christ as fellow heirs, members of the same body, and full partakers of the
promises of God through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Ref: of Ephesians
3:6.
11. It also stands upon the doctrine, legal and spiritual principals of grafting or adoption: that
those once outside the cultivated tree of the covenant God provided through the finished
work of Jesus Christ have been joined to it by grace through faith in Jesus, and arenourished by its root, and granted rightful participation in its inheritance. Ref: of Romans
11:17–24.
12. It additionally stands upon the covenantal truth that all who belong to Jesus Christ are
Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise. Ref: of Galatians 3:29.
13. By these Scriptural authorities, Citizens assert their legal‑spiritual right to return to their
Homeland, the Land of Jesus, the Terre de Iesso, on the grounds that Christ has
abolished alienation, restored access, granted heirship, grafted them into His covenant
tree, and established full citizenship in His household by grace through faith in the Son
of God, Jesus Christ.
SECTION III — RECOGNITION OF SPIRITUAL AND TERRITORIAL CITIZENSHIP
14. Citizens acknowledge that their true and primary citizenship is in the Kingdom of God.
15. Citizens affirm that the location of their King is the City of Jerusalem, in Zion, in the Terre
De Iesso, and that this is the rightful Homeland of all who belong to Jesus Christ.
16. Citizens claim refuge in the true Jerusalem in Zion, located in the Land of Jesus, which
this Declaration identifies as the northern Pacific region between Alaska, Japan, and
Northern Siberia.
17. Citizens affirm that this Land of Jesus is not the same as the modern nation‑state of
Israel, nor bound to its geopolitical borders.
18. Citizens assert that they were created for this Homeland and possess the right to return
to it spiritually, physically, by covenant and in allegiance to the True King, Jesus Christ.
19. No earthly corporation, district, law or system may supersede the citizenship granted by
Jesus Christ.
SECTION IV — REBUKE OF FALSE DOMINION

any earthly system that attempts to act as head.

22. Citizens reject any symbolic bondage established through birth, ignorance, or civil
structure, declaring such claims nullified by the blood of Jesus.
23. Citizens rebuke deception, counterfeit authority, and any spiritual influence seeking to
bind them to systems not ordained by God.
SECTION V — RIGHT TO RENDER TRIBUTE TO THE KING
24. Citizens acknowledge that civil taxes constitute tribute within earthly jurisdictions;
however, spiritual tribute belongs solely to Jesus Christ.
25. Citizens assert their right to render tribute to the King freely, openly, and without
obstruction.
26. Citizens affirm that tribute to Christ consists of worship, obedience, prayer, and
allegiance — not monetary payment.27. Citizens declare that their tribute follows the spiritual submission to Jesus Christ, the true
Temple and High Priest, whose seat is in Jerusalem in Zion, which is found in the Terre
De Iesso.
SECTION VI — PETITION FOR RELEASE FROM UNWITTING BONDAGE
28. Citizens petition for release from physical, spiritual, symbolic, or ideological bondage
connected to Columbia or any earthly dominion.
29. Citizens assert that any claim of ownership over them is void, as they have been
purchased by payment made by Jesus Christ in his own blood, and who now serves as
our Eternal High Priest after the Order of Melchizedek.
30. Citizens declare that any binding established without their knowledge or consent is
invalid in the courts of heaven.
31. Citizens stand on the promise that those whom the Son sets free are free indeed.
SECTION VII — DECLARATION OF RIGHT TO RETURN TO HOMELAND
32. Citizens hereby declare their right to return to the Homeland of the Kingdom of Jesus,
our right to pilgrimage to Jerusalem in Zion, which is in Terre De Iesso, The Land of
Jesus, in allegiance, identity, and spiritual belonging.
33. Citizens affirm that no earthly power may obstruct their return, for Christ Himself is the
Way.
34. Citizens proclaim that their allegiance is restored to the King, and their tribute is directed
to Him alone.
35. Citizens declare that their physical homeland is secure, eternal, and governed by Jesus
Christ, the King, Lord and Governor of the nations.
SECTION VIII — FINAL PROCLAMATION
36. In the name of Jesus Christ, Citizens rebuke every false headship, renounce every
counterfeit claim, and proclaim the Kingship of Jesus Christ over their lives, households,
and communities.

and the Holy Spirit who indwells them.

King of Kings.
